Excavator Operator – Helical Pile Install Team
Location: Coaldale, Alberta
Company: Inland Screw Piling
Inland Screw Piling is currently hiring experienced Excavator Operators to join our Helical Pile Install Team. Based in Coaldale, our crews work throughout Southern Alberta and are home every weekend. When working out of town, hotel accommodations and LOA are provided.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience operating heavy equipment, including excavators.
- A valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driving abstract.
- Ability to pass drug and alcohol testing as required on job sites.
- Willingness to work longer shifts depending on workload and weather conditions.
What We Offer:
- Competitive hourly wages from $27.00 to $35.00, based on experience and skill level.
- Permanent, full-time position with consistent hours.
- Benefits available after 600 hours of employment.
