We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our Pathwise engineering team in Canada.

This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from any of our offices in Canada.

What The Day Will Look Like

• Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases for the PathWise software system.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on new features and bug fixes for quarterly PathWise releases.
• Benchmark and validate client models on updated PathWise software versions.
• Design and implement automation scripts using open-source tools (e.g., Python).
• Identify, document, and track software defects.
• Perform detailed regression testing on resolved issues and new features.
• Establish and refine testing processes for both new and existing products to meet client needs.
• Support additional tasks as required.

Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success

• 5 + years of experience in software quality assurance.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong grasp of QA methodologies, tools, and standard processes.
• Hands-on experience with both open system and unknown testing.
• Proven track record to use automated testing tools efficiently.
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python is an asset.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
• Strong communication skills and a cross-functional approach.
• Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus.
