Summary

We are seeking a dedicated boat detailer & cleaning professional to join our team at West Kelowna Marine. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and visual inspection with attention to detail throughout the entire process. You'll be in the sun, outdoors in the yard and can dress beach casual/comfortable in flip-flops/sandals, while cleaning boats in your bare feet the entire day for our customers. Your contributions will play a vital role in upholding our reputation for quality service, and the demand for this service is growing fast.

Responsibilities

• Boat detailing varies slightly from housekeeping & commercial cleaning; however experience in these working environments is a plus to start.
• Boat rentals that are returned need visual inspections & post-ride cleaning.
• Some customers will request a full-day boat detailing.
• Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and free of debris to create a safe environment for staff and customers.
• Assist with organizing inventory and maintaining an orderly workspace.
• Follow safety protocols while handling cleaning supplies and equipment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial services is preferred.
• Strong attention to visual details and ability to work independently.
• Good communication skills to interact with team members effectively.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
