We help 7 and 8 figure ecommerce businesses develop, optimize and scale their owned media marketing efforts. Whether they are just looking to start email marketing, they need to really refine what they are currently doing or they need someone to take email marketing off their shoulders, we’re here to help them so that they can focus on running the business.
Our clients are leaders in their industry and have built strong relationships with the customers they serve. Our job is to ensure that their brand image stays consistent online and offline and, more importantly, that their business is growing.
Summary of The Position
As an email marketing strategist, you will own the end-to-end strategy for our clients' email marketing campaigns. Your role includes developing strategic plans, analyzing performance data, reporting on results, and continuously optimizing campaigns for maximum impact.
You are the last line of approval for copy, design and overall campaign/flow quality ensuring every deliverable meets our standards before reaching the client. You'll work closely with a copywriter & a designer and, while you don’t need to ‘be’ a copywriter or designer, you need to be proficient with both & able to spot ‘great’ from ‘good’ from ‘bad’.

Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with DTC brands
- Deep understanding of Klaviyo
- Experience copywriting for DTC brands
- Experience with adherence to brand standards
- Experience with design software like, Photoshop/Figma (nice to have)
- Approach each day with a sense of urgency and purpose
- Experience with project management softwares like Clickup
- Excellent attention-to-detail, organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Responsibilities
- Building and optimizing email flows and campaigns
- Building and optimizing the email strategy for clients
- Schedule all campaigns and flows per the email calendar
- Analyze & report on performance on a weekly & monthly basis
- Help to establish a standard set of KPIs for clients
- Conduct A/B testing to improve KPIs
- Coordinate with graphic designers to get new email templates designed
- Review and provide feedback on all copy & designs prior to sending to a client
- Troubleshooting issues with Klaviyo
- Lead email segmentation, targeting and lead nurture strategies
- Strategize with clients to improve email marketing performance
- Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM regulations and international data collection policies
- Monitor email deliverability, IP health and maintain data hygiene
- Correspond with clients to plan strategy
