About the role

Who you are

  • The right candidate will thrive on building programs and strategies from the ground up in new regions
  • Experience in B2B enterprise software (cybersecurity is a plus)
  • Experience executing high performing demand, field, digital and partner marketing programs
  • Startup or high-growth company background
  • Comfortable building programs and strategies from the ground up in a fast-paced environment
  • 10+ years in B2B marketing, with at least 5 years leading demand generation or growth marketing at a SaaS or enterprise tech company for an international market
  • Proven track record of owning pipeline targets and delivering measurable results
  • Deep knowledge of the B2B buyer journey and complex sales cycles (especially with technical or security products)
  • Proficiency with marketing and sales tech stacks (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo/HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, 6sense/Demandbase)
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to connect marketing performance to revenue outcomes
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills

What the job involves

  • The Director, International Marketing, is responsible for developing and executing the global marketing strategy to support international pipeline growth, brand visibility, and market penetration in Europe
  • This highly visible, strategic, and cross-functional role will align global campaigns with local market insights and ensure consistent brand messaging across markets
  • Tailor and execute demand generation strategies for the European market across inbound, outbound, ABM, digital, field, and partner channels across all market segments
  • Partner with sales leadership in region to align on strategic priorities, key metrics and awareness of demand gen programs and follow-up resources
  • Maintain brand consistency while adapting messaging for local markets
  • Oversee execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, events, PR, and traditional channels
  • Partner with corporate marketing, product marketing, BDRs, and sales to align programs and messaging
  • Collaborate with marketing ops to ensure data quality, lead scoring, routing, and campaign attribution are functioning properly
  • Own pipeline KPIs and attribution reporting in collaboration with marketing ops and sales ops
  • Continuously monitor campaign performance and apply insights to improve ROI and funnel efficiency
  • Leverage tools like Salesforce, HubSpot/Marketo, 6sense, Demandbase, or equivalent
  • Optimize marketing funnel from lead capture through nurture to SQL, focusing on conversion and velocity for your region
  • Manage and optimize regional budgets for maximum ROI
  • Key Success Metrics:
  • Marketing sourced and influenced ARR
  • Qualified pipeline generated (quality and quantity of SQLs/Opportunities)
  • Marketing ROI
