Position Summary

Responsible for effective communication with drivers, customers, and other departments to streamline logistics and contribute to the efficient and reliable operation of our trucking services. Performs various clerical activities in the department, including data entry, information verification and processing invoices. Additionally, providing exceptional customer service to address inquiries related to billing and invoicing.

Location: Oshawa, Ontario

Schedule: Mon-Friday 9:30am-6:00pm

What you will do

  • Communicating with vendors on daily procedures

  • Processing documents as needed

  • Able to handle administrative tasks

  • Work closely with other departments (collections, operations, sales) to investigate and resolve customer inquiries

  • Support senior planner and account coordinator requests completing all daily add-ons as required

  • Ensure Trip Sheets are complete and A1 live updates are complete, progressing trips as required

  • CSR evening duties (respond in timely manner to all customer requests)

What You’ll Bring

  • 6 months up to 1 year customer service

  • Billing experience

  • High school diploma

Along with the following Skills & Competencies:

  • Capable verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs; Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Proven experience in handling multiple priorities

  • Must be willing to work a flexible schedule and be able to work overtime if the demand arises

The Impact You Will Have

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of one of our Mississauga-based warehouses. Your responsibilities will focus on ensuring that all scheduling and planning activities align with customer expectations, while maintaining efficiency and organization. You’ll also be responsible for managing daily requests and ensuring all necessary documentation is accurately prepared and filed in a timely manner.

The target start date for this position is September 1st, 2025.

Location: Mississauga, ON

Schedule: Monday to Friday, in-person.

What You Will Do

  • Handle daily customer requests including PODs, track and trace, rush orders, and ensure timely and accurate responses.

  • Collaborate closely with the transportation team to manage appointment bookings, resolve delivery delays, and respond to customer needs.

  • Conduct and follow up on inventory and customer complaint investigations, ensuring thorough resolution and communication.

  • Prepare and distribute daily customer-specific and management reports, maintaining consistent, accurate reporting.

  • Input and manage data across Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation systems, and client-specific software.

  • Maintain and update the warehouse KPI package for internal tracking and external customer visibility.

  • Oversee dispatch operations, including driver coordination, documentation, inbound/outbound logs, and scheduling.

  • Ensure constant communication with operations team members to support smooth workflow and timely task completion.

What You Will Bring

  • 5+ years of customer service experience, ideally within a warehouse, fulfillment center, or 3PL environment.

  • Strong operational knowledge of warehousing best practices, distribution center workflows, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

  • Proficient in MS Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word, with a working knowledge of health and safety standards.

  • Skilled in multitasking, problem solving, and decision making in fast-paced environments, with sound judgment and attention to quality.

  • Professional communicator with a partnership mindset, able to influence others, build strong relationships, and adapt to change.
