- Engage with decision-makers to assess their pest control needs and present tailored solutions for issues like rodents, insects, and termites.
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to generate leads, schedule consultations, and follow up on prospects.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for targeting new markets and expanding our commercial client base.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Stay informed about pest control industry trends, competitor offerings, and market opportunities to enhance sales strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in outbound sales or telemarketing, preferably in B2B or commercial services (pest control experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English; Spanish proficiency is highly desirable.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with a focus on closing deals and exceeding targets.
- Self-motivated and disciplined to thrive in a 100% remote, commission-based role with flexible hours.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales tools is an advantage.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities independently.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or related fields is a plus.
