Responsibilities :
-
Assist our Independent Delivery Contractors (IDCs) and operations team by phone and email to ensure technical issues related to our IDC portal and systems are resolved on time
-
Liaise with the IT helpdesk, IDC Team and operations as required
-
Manage IDC support mailbox, tickets and then all cases in our different systems
-
Ensure correct processes and documentation are followed by the IDC
-
Remedy situations during working hours or after, when necessary;
-
Other IDC duties as assigned from time to time
Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or GED minimum;
-
Prior related support experience preferred;
-
Skilled in use of personal computers and software applications (Technology-savvy)
-
A positive, enthusiastic attitude, with strong people skills
-
Proven customer service experience and passion for helping others
-
Strong service-oriented mentality with the ability to actively listen and troubleshoot
-
Ability to learn new systems quickly
-
Excellent Interpersonal, organizational, problem solving and administrative skill
-
Bilingualism (French and English) is required for this role in order to support operations at the national level.

Must be available 40 hours/week - Tuesday through Saturday
-
This position can be performed fully remotely.
