We’re hiring a Sales Specialist

to help us drive that growth by owning the full sales cycle

. If you're a sharp, strategic seller with a hunter’s drive and a consultative approach, this role is for you. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Prospect & Build Pipeline

  • Generate new leads through cold outreach, email campaigns, LinkedIn, events, and referrals.
  • Qualify prospects by identifying needs, challenges, and buying timelines.
  • Tailor our solutions to solve real client problems.

Drive the Full Sales Cycle

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Conduct discovery calls, demos, and presentations with decision-makers.
  • Build proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals confidently and consultatively.

Own Client Relationships

  • Foster long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional post-sales support and service.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback to improve our offerings.

Be a Market Expert

  • Track industry trends and competitors to refine your approach.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide feedback on what prospects are saying.

Use Data to Win

  • Track activity and progress in HubSpot CRM.
  • Prepare weekly updates on pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and sales performance

How do you know if this role is for you?

  • 3+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience
  • Proven ability to hit or exceed sales quotas
  • Experience selling services, outsourcing, or labour/staffing solutions strongly preferred
  • Skilled in prospecting, discovery, solution selling, and closing
  • Comfortable using HubSpot CRM or similar tools
  • Excellent communicator — articulate, persuasive, and consultative
  • Driven, adaptable, and excited by a startup-style pace
  • Competitive mindset with a strong sense of accountability
