Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Franchise Business Consultant located in Markham, ON. The Franchise Business Consultant will be responsible for assisting franchisees with business planning, operations management, and P&L management. They will provide management consulting services to ensure the successful operation of franchise schools. Day-to-day tasks include evaluating and improving business performance, ensuring compliance with AVMS standards, and providing ongoing support to franchisees.
Qualifications
- Skills in Business Planning and Franchising
- Experience in Operations Management and P&L Management
- Management Consulting skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience in the education or childcare industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
