Job Role: Salesforce Email Marketing Developer
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Toronto, ON
Job Description :
- Handle the execution of email marketing campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including day-to-day operations such as email development, campaign set-up, scheduling, testing/quality assurance and deployment.
- Continuously monitor industry trends, technologies, and standards with respect to email development and online marketing and be able to research, recommend, and apply new technologies as they emerge.
- Champion continuous advancement of email features, process improvements, and automation capabilities to optimize customer experience and internal/external workflows.
- Conduct A/B tests to experiment with subject lines, email layouts, and creatives to drive increases in open and click-through rates.
- Ensure campaign accuracy, timeliness, and impact by collaborating with team members and stakeholders.
- Develop with Distributed Marketing content blocks for emails sent with Distributed Marketing.
- Establish and maintain email best practices while adhering to RBC Wealth Management brand standards.
- Create and update new or existing email templates/journeys
- Collaborate on documentation and organization of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Ecosystem
- Work closely with the Manager of Digital Messaging to create efficiencies and automations for email campaigns
