We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Product Supply Sales Manager to join our team and help us grow our client base and expand our market presence.

This position is responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and coordinating procurement and distribution services. This role requires a strategic thinker who understands market dynamics, excels at negotiation, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in procurement and distribution services for lubricants, dust control, filters, construction materials, and other solutions as required.

  • Management of both short-term and long-term sales pipelines, as well as prospecting, to achieve sales targets.

  • Monitor tender opportunities, including electronic, public, and private postings, and collaborate with the procurement team to develop and submit tenders, bids, and proposals.

  • Dedicate time to developing a foundational understanding of the technical aspects of products to confidently address client inquiries. Collaborate with technical experts as needed to ensure thorough and accurate information is provided.

  • Identify, target, and establish relationships with new clients across various industries.

  • Maintain and grow existing customer accounts by providing excellent service and maintaining regular communication.

  • Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and market intelligence to support strategic planning.

  • Prepare and present proposals, pricing, and service offerings tailored to client needs.

  • Contribute to and share market intelligence, including competitive information, regulators, prospects, existing customers, vendors (carriers or suppliers), and partners.

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals in alignment with company goals.

  • Attend trade shows, industry events, and client meetings as needed.

WORK ENVIRONMENT & TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

  • This role is primarily office-based but requires up to 15% domestic travel to customer locations and trade shows.

CORPORATE COMPLIANCE DUTIES

  • Actively participate in QHSETR programs and systems.

  • Contribute to and foster transparent, direct communication, education, and customer service enhancement with the operations team and clients.

  • Ensure that file details and supporting documentation facilitate efficient handovers to Operations and Accounting.

  • Contribute to BBE’s continuous improvement and organizational efficiency goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Post-secondary education in business, supply chain or a related field is an asset
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in procurement, distribution, logistics or supply chain.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing, purchasing, and distribution processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and highly organized.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, digital sales, and northern Canada.
  • Understanding digital marketing channels, data-driven sales tactics, and client engagement strategies.
  • Comfortable with cross-functional collaboration and project management
