Job Title: Electrical Engineering Designer Primary Job function: Design and drafting of power distribution, lighting and voice/data using AutoCAD and Revit; Assist Project Managers to meet clients' deliverables; Coordinate with the design team.
Essential Roles And Responsibilities
- To deliver creative, detailed, and coordinated design solutions on budget and on time.
- Assist Project Manager and team members to ensure projects stay on schedule and budget.
Required Skills Strong AutoCAD and Revit Skills
Wire, conduit, and breaker sizing, lighting design and fire alarm design
Knowledge of AGI32 preferred
Ability to review, interpret and apply building codes in different jurisdictions
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Thrive in a fast-paced working environment
Ability to identify potential risks and report them to the PMs
Required Experience
- 2 - 5 years working experience in the building industry with extensive Revit and AutoCAD experience
- A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, or other related fields
- Technical Diploma
- C.E.T designation
- EIT designation
