Our client is a full-service law firm.
Responsibilities
- Lead Complex Transactions: Work directly on high-value commercial deals and Professional Corporation matters, including dental practice transactions, reorganizations, and more.
- Collaborate with respected lawyers and accountants in a supportive, innovative environment where your expertise is valued.
Qualifications
- 6+ years’ experience as a Corporate Law Clerk in a reputable law firm.
- Demonstrated expertise in business sales, reorganizations, and Professional Corporation transactions.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite; experience with Appara or similar software is an asset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines independently.
