Job Title Sales, Business Marketing & Operations Manager - Diagnostic Imaging (Mississauga, Office-Based)

Job Description The Business Marketing and Operations Manager is pivotal in shaping and executing the commercial strategy for the Diagnostic Imaging Business in Canada.

Your role:

  • Lead and execute the commercial strategy to drive growth and market share in Canada, in the diagnostic imaging portfolio (MR, CT, and DXR). Focus on upstream business development activities and ensure a healthy pipeline of opportunities.
  • Develop and execute the Go To Market approach for the assigned portfolio of products, solutions, and services, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy.
  • Oversee business development operations, ensuring the efficient execution of strategies and plans. This includes developing dashboards for tracking progress and adjusting strategies based on performance analysis.
  • Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and perspectives, shaping the company’s strategic goals. Strengthen relationships and influence customer behaviors in alignment with business objectives.

You're the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired 10+ years of experience in the diagnostic imaging or medical capital equipment industry, with at least 5 + years in sales operations or marketing.
  • Proven track record in sales leadership, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Bilingual in English and French preferred
  • You have a bachelor degree and MBA (preferred) and/or finance/marketing with a marketing analytics background
  • You’re a strong individual contributor with strong ability to effectively manage, leverage, and influence internal and external stakeholders with a leadership mindset

How We Work Together We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details The pay range for this position is $96,359 to $151,421. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
