Pourriez-vous être le/la FP&A Analyst full-time hybrid à Saint-Bruno, QC, CA que nous recherchons ? En tant qu'analyste FP&A, vous serez responsable du suivi et de l'analyse des indicateurs clés de performance ainsi que de la consolidation des informations financières prévisionnelles d'Alstom Americas.
Vos responsabilités sont les suivantes
- Vous êtes en charge de l'élaboration et de la mise en œuvre d'un plan d'action pour le développement de l'entreprise.
- Contribuer au processus global d'élaboration du plan stratégique triennal, du budget annuel et des mises à jour périodiques des prévisions ;
- Vous êtes en charge de la consolidation, de l'analyse et de l'évaluation des comptes de résultats, du bilan et des flux de trésorerie en contrôlant les performances financières réelles par rapport au budget annuel et aux prévisions périodiques ;
- Préparer des présentations financières pour la direction d'Alstom Americas et communiquer les résultats financiers à divers partenaires commerciaux ;
- Participer à plusieurs projets ad hoc et à des initiatives d'amélioration continue afin d'assurer la précision des prévisions et la responsabilité des différents KPI.
Exigences clés
- Titre de CPA en comptabilité (ou baccalauréat connexe : finances, affaires).
- Avoir de 5 à 7 ans d'expérience en planification et analyse financière, en comptabilité ou dans d'autres domaines pertinents ;
- Avoir des compétences supérieures en communication verbale et écrite en français et en anglais pour communiquer avec tous les niveaux de l'organisation ;
- Avoir une excellente connaissance de MS Office ;
- Avoir un intérêt pour les systèmes d'intelligence économique ; un atout.
La connaissance d'une autre langue que le français est un atout pour faciliter les échanges avec nos partenaires, fournisseurs, collègues et clients internationaux. Au Québec, le français reste la langue de travail principale de notre entreprise.
Could you be the full-time hybrid FP&A Analyst in Saint-Bruno, QC, CA we are looking for? As a FP&A Analyst you will be responsible for the monitoring and analysis of the key performance indicators as well as the consolidation of the forecast financial information of Alstom Americas.
Your responsibilities include
- Monitor the forecasts and actuals of the cashflow process with the different stakeholders of the business.
- Contribute to the overall process for the development of the three-year strategic plan, the annual budget and periodic forecast updates;
- Execute the reporting of the consolidation, analysis and assessment of the P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statements by monitoring the actual financial performance against the annual budget, and periodic forecasts;
- Prepare financial presentations for Alstom Americas Senior management and communicate the financial results to various business partners;
- Participate in several ad-hoc projects and continuous improvements initiatives to ensure proper forecasting accuracy and accountability across the various KPI’s.
Key requirements
- CPA designation in accounting (or related Bachelors: finances, business)
- Have 5-7 years of experience in Financial planning and analysis, Accounting or other relevant experiences;
- Have superior verbal and written communication skills in French and English to communicate with all organizational levels;
- Have excellent knowledge of MS Office;
- Have an interest in Business Intelligeance systems; an asset
Knowledge of a language other than French is an asset to facilitate communication with our partners, suppliers, colleagues, and international clients. In Quebec, French remains the primary working language of our company.
