Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Line Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, a solid understanding of food safety standards, and the ability to maintain consistency and quality under pressure. Baking or pastry experience is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to restaurant recipes and standards
- Maintain a clean and organized station during prep and service
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Assist with prep, stock rotation, and inventory
- Work as part of a team to ensure timely and consistent service
- Handle high-volume service with efficiency and attention to detail
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a line cook in a professional kitchen
- Strong knife skills and familiarity with various cooking methods
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Baking or pastry skills are a plus, but not required
- Dependable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Food Handler’s Certificate (or ability to obtain upon hiring)
