About the Role
Sellfire is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. This role is remote-forward, with possible travel for future team gatherings and key events. You’ll play a critical role in supporting our growing team by owning interview scheduling and candidate coordination across both internal hires and our Sellfire Connection community.
Rather than partnering with a traditional recruiting team, you’ll work directly with the Head of People and senior leaders to streamline hiring operations, ensure a smooth candidate experience, and help scale our recruiting infrastructure. This is an excellent early-career opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to build deep experience in recruiting coordination.
What You’ll Do
Within 1 Month, you’ll…
- Learn Sellfire’s recruiting and onboarding tools, including Ashby, Google Calendar, Slack, and our internal knowledge systems
- Shadow scheduling processes and observe how we run interviews for both internal candidates and Sellfire Connection community members
- Begin assisting with calendar coordination and candidate communications
Within 3 Months, you’ll…
- Own end-to-end scheduling for interviews across functions and time zones
- Manage logistics and communications for Sellfire Connection candidates in coordination with senior hiring leaders
- Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline updates in Ashby
- Anticipate scheduling challenges and proactively recommend solutions
Within 6 Months, you’ll…
- Serve as a strategic scheduling partner to the Head of People and senior leaders
- Streamline and improve coordination workflows based on recurring needs and feedback
- Support light onboarding logistics and documentation post-hire
- Take initiative in building structure and documentation around our candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule: Coordinate interviews and meetings with speed and precision, often balancing multiple calendars and time zones
Support: Maintain communication with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders
Track: Own candidate data hygiene and pipeline updates in Ashby
Represent: Serve as the first impression of Sellfire’s hiring process—communicating clearly, promptly, and professionally
What We’re Looking For
Experience
- 1–2 years in recruiting coordination, HR support, customer success, operations, or a high-touch administrative role
- Familiarity with tools like Google Calendar, Slack, and an ATS (bonus if you’ve used Ashby)
Skills
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent communicator across email, Zoom, and Slack
- Able to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
Attributes
- Comfortable working remotely with a distributed team, and excited to travel once per quarter
- Eager to take initiative, ask questions, and continuously improve
- Approachable, dependable, and team-oriented
Compensation Range: $60K - $70K
