Job Title: PW100 Turboprop Powerplant Specialist
Location: Remote/Hybrid; reporting to the Maintenance & Engineering Director in Dublin, Ireland.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled engineer with extensive Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) experience on PW100 engines. This role is ideal for an established powerplant engineer or a technician aiming to transition from hands-on roles to an engineering position. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing engine performance, developing repair procedures, and ensuring the reliability of our PW100 engine fleet.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engineering methods and procedures to enhance PW100 engine performance and existing repairs.
- Evaluate technical data to determine applicability to shop procedures and revise as necessary to ensure reliable, quality products.
- Establish work repair plans for engines and components undergoing repair or overhaul.
- Review engine test cell performance and develop methods to reduce test cell rejections.
- Assist quality control in investigating engine complaints and analyzing causes of engine or component failure.
- Work with internal departments and suppliers to ensure seamless ‘lease in’ and ‘lease out’ process.
- Perform table-top inspections and provide technical support during travel assignments in Europe, Asia, and North America.
Qualifications:
- Extensive MRO experience with PW100 engines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
- Familiarity with global aviation regulations and standards.
