This role offers a dynamic opportunity to build and nurture customer relationships while driving growth within a designated territory. Based primarily in British Columbia, the position involves frequent travel and direct engagement with a diverse client base to expand market share and develop new business. Accountabilities:
- Develop and expand sales within targeted accounts to increase market penetration and revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and dealer networks, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Represent the company professionally through presentations, demonstrations, trade shows, and exhibitions.
- Collaborate effectively with inside sales, operations, and logistics teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer support.
- Analyze sales data and prepare reports to inform business decisions and identify growth opportunities.
- Exhibit initiative and ownership of responsibilities, proactively offering solutions that highlight product benefits and value.
- Uphold company values by prioritizing integrity, organization, and excellent judgment in all interactions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales and customer relationship management, ideally within a B2B model.
- Previous outside sales experience is essential; construction industry experience is an advantage.
- Proficiency with sales and business software, such as HubSpot and Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
- Strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to engage effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
