💼 About the Role
You’ll be the performance engine behind our growth, owning the acquisition funnel from ad click to lead conversion. From paid traffic to landing pages, your north star is simple: revenue from qualified leads.
This role is made for someone obsessed with direct-response strategy, funnels, data, and creative that drives action.
🧾 What You’ll Be Responsible For
Paid Media & Traffic Strategy
- Launch and scale campaigns across Meta, Google/YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Test hooks, offers, and angles across platforms
- Own budgets, ROAS, CPL, CAC targets
Copy, Funnels & Conversion
- Write high-converting ad copy, emails, landing pages, and VSL scripts
- Build funnels (lead magnets, tripwires, webinars, book-a-call sequences)
- Optimize every touchpoint for max conversions
Data, Analytics & Reporting
- Own reporting for CAC, LTV, payback period, velocity, attribution
- Present weekly performance and insights
- Maintain clean data across GA4, Meta Ads, HubSpot, etc.
Collaboration & Project Ownership
- Work cross-functionally with Creative, Sales, and Product Marketing
- Manage freelancers or agencies when needed
- Document what works and turn it into repeatable systems
🧠 What You Bring
Required
- 3–5 years in performance or growth marketing
- Proven record scaling paid campaigns to hit ROAS/CAC goals
- Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and a funnel CRM (e.g., HubSpot, GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels)
- Killer copy instincts + data mindset
- Strong portfolio of funnels or campaigns that led to sales
Preferred
- Experience marketing high-ticket offers ($5K+)
- Meta Blueprint or Google Ads certified
- Familiarity with “Buy Back Your Time” or similar growth frameworks
- Light creative chops (video or design skills a plus)
