Are you an expert in sales operations with a passion for optimizing

actionable insights? We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Sales Operations to
provide critical support to our regional sales teams and leadership—someone who

As Senior
Manager, Sales Operations, you’ll be the key operational partner for our sales
organization, playing a crucial role in compensation management, forecasting,
budgeting, and reporting. You’ll serve as the main point of contact between
Sales and a range of internal support functions—Marketing, Communications,
Credit, Centralized Services, and more—ensuring a seamless flow of information
and collaboration. You’ll also be a key stakeholder in managing change
initiatives that impact sales.
This is a
strategic, hands-on role with no direct reports, ideal for someone who’s a
self-starter and comfortable working independently at a senior level.
Your role:

Research and make recommendations on sales
strategic plans. Develop and implement business processes and systems that
drive operational effectiveness. Represent sales at quarterly operations
meetings and act as a subject matter expert for IT enhancements impacting
sales.

Lead the annual sales forecasting and
budgeting process. Oversee monthly and ad-hoc sales reporting, including
management performance tracking and award programs.

Oversee and implement annual bonus plans.
Provide expert guidance on compensation exceptions and assist in creating sales
reports as needed.

Monitor, analyze, and report on competitor activities and trends.
Communicate insights and recommendations to senior management. Research
providers for lease products and develop asset profiles.

Build and maintain strong relationships across internal teams—Regional
General Managers, Team Leads, Account Managers, Marketing, Credit, Centralized
Services, and more. Develop trust, facilitate teamwork, and support
cross-functional initiatives.

Communicate ideas and information clearly
and diplomatically, especially on sensitive issues. Take initiative to resolve
challenges with creativity and sound judgment.

Manage various sales and marketing
projects. Plan and oversee budgets for community sponsorships, corporate
memberships, and related activities.

Deliver high-quality customer service, always maintaining
confidentiality and professionalism in all customer and vendor interactions.

Requirements:

Minimum 7 years of sales management
experience (leasing industry experience is a plus)

Bachelor’s degree in business or commerce
(or equivalent post-secondary education)

Advanced understanding of the leasing
industry and expert knowledge of corporate policies/procedures

Excellent verbal and written communication
skills

Demonstrated ability to lead change and
promote organizational growth

Superior time management, prioritization,
and organizational skills

Proven interpersonal skills for building
and maintaining relationships at all levels

Strong analytical and creative
problem-solving abilities

Meticulous attention to detail and the
ability to juggle multiple tasks

High proficiency in MS Office, especially
