Job Summary
As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for various tasks within the food service environment, including food preparation, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness. This position requires a friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting guests with their orders.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately.
- Prepare food items according to safety and quality standards, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Assist in upselling menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the restaurant, including dining areas, kitchens, and restrooms.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Handle cash and perform basic math calculations for accurate transactions.
- Support other crew members as needed to enhance overall efficiency and service quality.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food industry or food service is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Willingness to help others and work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
