About the role

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for the general maintenance, servicing, and repair operations to maintain the residence, equipment, furnishings, fixtures, and surrounding grounds are kept in optimal condition. They are responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for residents, visitors, and staff. Additionally, the role includes the management of housekeeping and laundry services to uphold high standards of cleanliness and comfort.
