We are hiring a Sales Admin to work for our Eastern sales office in Vaughan, ON. Reporting to the Key Account Manager, this is a permanent full-time, hybrid position.
Job Duties & Responsibilities :

Support Key Account Manager with day-to-day support for top retailers.
-
Enter data in SAP to support purchasing forecasts
-
Develop Key Account portal expertise and enter information accurately and on time to support new listings, discontinuations, and price / product changes.

Maintain account order guides
-
Contribute to the effectiveness of sales management by attending staff meetings.
-
Assist in maintaining and updating contact lists/database,
-
Monitor and support promotional calendars for accounts
-
Communicate with vendors and internal teams to ensure all submissions are accurate
-
Organize the tradeshow from the front end; ensure deadline dates are met
-
Problem solve and facilitate solutions with vendors and other departments.

Collaborate with vendor and Key Account Managers to build action plans for growth.
-
Attend trade events and other activities to strengthen relationships.
-
Additional duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications & Requirements :

Minimum two years of office administration work experience.
-
Strong attention to detail, data entry, and organization skills
-
Ability to work in a team environment and independently.

Microsoft Office Suite skills
-
Ability to think outside the box to creatively trouble-shoot, identify, and resolve issues calmly.

Experience working in a distribution company; fast-paced environment; and / or direct experience working with distributors.

Hands-on experience with product costing models, retailer portals, and ERP systems.

Ability to prioritize.

Jonluca Neal is a privately-owned natural foods distribution company founded in 2023 after the merger of Jonluca Enterprises and Neal Brothers Distribution. The company employs 130 people and operates out of a 77,000 sq ft state-of-the-art tri-temp facility in the GTA and a tri-temp 20,000 sq ft warehouse in Burnaby, BC.
Jonluca Neal’s five founders have more than 150 years of Canadian natural food industry experience and bring together their warehousing, distribution, product, and brand recognition strengths to create Canada’s largest national, family-owned natural food distribution company. The newly merged business will represent; ambient, refrigerated, and frozen goods from coast to coast.
Jonluca and Neal Brothers have each successfully blazed trails in the organic and natural food space and Jonluca Neal will continue to build upon this success. The new entity will operate out of a state-of-the-art facility in the GTA along with a Burnaby, BC warehouse. Jonluca Neal will assume all Neal Brothers brands, partners, retailers and will do so in a strategic, seamless manner.
