About the role

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. This is a great opportunity for someone who has excellent communication skills, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Mechanical and hydraulic experience would be considered an asset.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues with professionalism and empathy
  • Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and maintain accurate information
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed performance goals for customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution

Skills:

  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Knowledge in Hydraulics
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
  • Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
  • Proficient in data entry and computer navigation
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus
  • Sales experience is a plus
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
