Role Overview
- Perform financial & operational reporting and analysis, including forecasting and budgeting for various Marketing business channels.
- Identify key areas of concern, growth, and emerging trends to enhance process improvements.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and accruals.
- Support major projects through financial and operational analysis.
- Develop and coach junior personnel in document preparation and business analysis.
- Work with other departments to build analytical tools and assess their impacts.
- Manage expectations and deliver concise presentations to leadership.
- Conduct other ad-hoc reporting as required.
Skills & Qualifications
- 3-5 years in an analytical role such as Business Analysis or Financial Analysis.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
- Familiarity with financial statements and ability to analyze them.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel, including Pivot Tables and Dashboard creation.
- Experience with Spotfire or similar Business Intelligence tools like PowerBI for data visualization.
- Proficient in SAP (BI Reporting Module).
- Strong attention to detail and superior organizational skills.
- Good business acumen.
Education & Experience
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Commerce, Economics, or related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years in an analytical role such as Business Analysis or Financial Analysis.
