About the Role
As they expand their reach, Johnstone Supply is looking for customer-obsessed, results-driven sales professionals who are energized by the field, passionate about building relationships, and excited to drive new business. Responsibilities
- Build and grow relationships with contractors and businesses in your territory
- Sell industry-leading HVAC/R equipment, parts, and supplies
- Identify new business opportunities and nurture long-term partnerships
- Provide tailored pricing, quotes, and product expertise
- Use CRM tools to forecast sales and track your pipeline
- Be a go-to advisor from first contact through after-sales support
Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or auto parts experience is a strong asset)
- Mechanical aptitude and curiosity to learn HVAC/R technical details
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- A self-starter mindset — organized, motivated, and comfortable working independently
- Experience using CRM systems and MS Office tools
Required Skills
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or auto parts experience is a strong asset)
