Job Overview
We are a new Toronto-based tech learning center offering cutting-edge courses. Our mission is to deliver short-format, industry-relevant training for professionals and students through hybrid in-person + online instruction. We're currently seeking a Prompt Engineering Trainer to lead our upcoming training programs.

Duties

• Responsibilities
• Design and deliver training sessions (2–3 hrs/week)
• Guide learners through real-world prompt applications using ChatGPT, Midjourney, DALL·E, etc.
• Support learners with hands-on assignments and feedback
• Develop and share a Prompt Portfolio project with students
• Help evolve the curriculum based on feedback and AI advancements

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience with GPT-4, ChatGPT, Midjourney, DALL·E, or other LLM tools
• Familiarity with prompt design frameworks: chain-of-thought, role prompting, persona prompts
• Prompt automation
• AI in business workflows
• Generative art or content
• Strong communication skills; prior teaching/mentoring is a plus
• (Optional but preferred) Certificate from DeepLearning.AI, OpenAI, or similar prompt engineering training

Bonus Skills

• Experience with LangChain, Pinecone, vector databases
• Demonstrated AI-assisted project portfolio (GitHub, Notion, Substack, etc.)

Pay: $50.00-$90.00 per hour
