Position Summary
Reporting to the Senior Director, ERP & Enterprise Applications, the ERP Lead, D365 F&O will lead a team of five Business Analysts and oversee the implementation, optimization, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O). This role is critical in aligning ERP capabilities with business strategy, driving process improvements, and ensuring the ERP system evolves with the organization’s needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 5 Business Analysts, fostering a high-performance, collaborative, and growth-oriented culture.
- Oversee the implementation, configuration, and continuous improvement of D365 F&O to meet evolving business needs.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into scalable ERP solutions.
- Ensure timely resolution of system issues and manage escalations with vendors and internal teams.
- Drive the development and execution of testing strategies, including UAT and regression testing.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and support procedures.
- Monitor ERP system performance and identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and innovation.
- Ensure data integrity, system security, and compliance with internal and external regulations.
- Serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external ERP vendors.
- Manage ERP-related budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Stay current with industry trends and D365 F&O roadmap updates to recommend relevant enhancements.
- Support change management initiatives and training programs to ensure successful adoption of ERP changes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a technology leadership role , preferably in ERP or enterprise applications.
- Proven experience managing and developing a team of Business Analysts.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Demonstrated success in leading ERP implementations, upgrades, and business process transformations.
- Familiarity with Microsoft cloud technologies (Azure AD, O365, SharePoint, Teams).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
