DUTIES
Reporting to the Manager, Human Resources, the HR Recruitment Associate, will be responsible for supporting the Human Resource
Advisors in all human resource activities. This will include entry level and project specific recruitment and selection activities; routine
advice and guidance to managers, and supporting organization change initiatives. The HR Recruitment Associate will also provide
assistance with promoting and coordinating staff learning and development initiatives.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Human Resource Certificate; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered

Experience in Human Resources

Extensive experience in MS Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook and Adobe) and virtual communication tools such as Teams/Zoom
-
Ability to work independently as well as in team environment

Ability to handle multiple projects and rapidly changing priorities

Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills

Commitment to life-long learning
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
