Key Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable and receivable with accuracy and timeliness
- Perform reconciliations and support month-end and year end close
- Maintain vendor and customer records in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks or Sage)
- Assist with payroll data collection and job costing validation
- Prepare basic financial reports and support compliance with internal controls
- Help maintain compliance with internal controls, tax filings, and audit requirements
- Coordinate with technicians, warehouse, and service coordinators to validate job costing or billing accuracy
- Other accounting or administrative tasks as needed
What we're looking for:

Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or related field

2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a construction or field service environment

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills

A collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills
Salary Range: $50,000 - $58,000 per annum
