We are seeking a Customer Experience Manager (CEM) with a CEM designation and expertise in energy modeling to support our team. This contract-based role focuses on enhancing customer satisfaction, ensuring a seamless journey for clients, and leveraging energy modeling insights to optimize customer solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer engagement, data analysis, and energy efficiency strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Utilize energy modeling insights to provide value-driven recommendations to customers.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback through surveys, reviews, and direct interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align processes and solutions with customer needs.
- Train and mentor staff on best practices for customer engagement and energy efficiency solutions.
- Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Analyze data trends and create actionable insights to enhance the customer experience.
- Prepare reports on customer engagement metrics and energy performance for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Certified Energy Manager (CEM) designation is required.
- Experience in energy modeling and analysis.
- Proven experience in customer service, customer experience, or a related role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and apply customer and energy insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first approach.
- Ability to work remotely and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and energy modeling tools.
- Experience in training or mentoring staff is a plus.
Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
