We’re seeking a Yardi Reporting and Workflow Expert to join our growing construction team. This role is critical to improving how we manage construction budgets, project reporting, and capital forecasting. Deep expertise in Yardi Voyager, with a focus on the Construction and Job Costing modules, is essential. You will be the team’s go-to expert for reporting, process optimization, and workflow improvement — helping us reduce administrative overhead and support faster, smarter capital decisions.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Extract, validate, and analyze job cost data directly from Yardi.

  • Build Excel-based dashboards and models to visualize construction spend, job progress, and capital forecasts.

  • Troubleshoot system limitations and improve current reporting and PO workflows in partnership with Finance, IT, and Construction.

  • Streamline Yardi usage across departments to reduce duplicate entry, increase visibility, and improve data reliability.

  • Conduct monthly reconciliations and forecasting to support capital planning and construction performance tracking.

  • Document repeatable processes and reporting templates for internal users.

  • Ensure alignment between field reporting, job setup, and financial records in Yardi.

  • Act as a systems problem-solver and internal coach for best practices in construction reporting.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED?

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Yardi Voyager, specifically in Construction and Job Costing modules (required).

  • Proven expertise in reporting, process optimization, and workflow design within Yardi.

  • Background in capital project accounting, construction job costing, or financial analysis.

  • Advanced Excel skills, including dashboard creation, pivot tables, and complex formulas.

  • Experience translating business needs into technical solutions within ERP systems.

  • Strong communication skills and comfort working across finance, operations, and construction teams.

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Construction Management, Information Systems, or related field.
