- RMS data entry
- Enter policy data into various Starr platforms – Salesforce, Camillion, Lynx, Risk Decisioner, Ice, etc.
- Preparing policy wordings and endorsements as required
- obtain renewal information from brokers, prepare file for underwriter
- Liaise with various HO departments
- Set up new policy documents and maintain integrity of files, e-filing.
- Follow-up with brokers and reinsurers on outstanding items including policy documents and reinsurance certificates
- Premium processing for policies and endorsements
- Set up reinsurance certificates in STARR 360 system
- All other duties that maybe assigned by Manager and or underwriters
Skills/Experience Required: Must have excellent computer skills including Microsoft applications and other software that maybe introduced
Oriented towards accuracy of data
Analytical and detailed interpreting data and trends
Comfortable with meeting deadlines
Comfortable working within a team and also dealing with brokers via phone and email
Strong organizational skills and be able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload
Strong communication skills
