About the role
Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Program Manager, Consumer Products Performance on a permanent basis on our Consumer Products team. This position is a remote opportunity and can be based out of any of our region offices in Western Canada.
Are you a strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills and embodies operational excellence? If so, come join our Consumer Products business unit in this unique role where you will be responsible for the implementation, execution, and sustainment of organizational performance standards and processes.
What you’ll do:
- Lead the implementation, execution, and sustainment of performance standards and processes across the Consumer Products business unit.
- Develop and maintain a 5-year improvement roadmap, ensuring continuous progress and alignment with strategic goals.
- Oversee business unit planning, budgeting, and governance of programs and projects, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate closely with department leaders to align expectations, drive performance, and manage change effectively.
- Serve as the primary liaison for all functions impacted by the Consumer Products improvement initiatives, ensuring clear communication and stakeholder engagement.

You will work closely with other project managers, working group leads, and will report into the VP, Consumer Products. This team strives to cultivate a culture that is high-performing, results-oriented, and business savvy.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Business Project Management and:
- Have 8+ years of relevant progressively responsible in the management and delivery of process improvement, technology or infrastructure projects and programs. Knowledge and experience in projects and operations within consumer products operations or procurement would be an asset.
- Have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or related field. Designation in project management or other relevant professional standard would be an asset (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
- Are proficient with MS Suite programs like Outlook, Excel, and Word.
