Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in customer service, including phone etiquette and handling customer inquiries and cash handling.
- Ability to analyze data and identify sales opportunities
- Experience in upselling products or services
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Cash handling
- Experience working with children or in a child friendly environment
- Eager to learn and grow within your role.
- Ability to work multiple customer service related positions
- Positive attitude and experience with guest relations or hospitality industry.
- Reliable and dedicated
Job Description
The ideal candidate could be hired as a Sales Associate, and or Game Floor Attendant, . The position will require a friendly positive attitude and previous experience working in the customer service. Excellent communication skills and ability to upsell services and assist our customer on the game floor. Quick problem solving skills, and a passion for fun and gaming.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From $17.20 per hour
Expected hours: 6 – 20 per week
