Aperçu Le/la Responsable Senior des Ventes de district contribue au succès de PepsiCo Breuvages Canada en maximisant le volume et les revenus dans son territoire et en créant des relations positives et continues avec ses clients. Ce rôle de leadership offre l'opportunité de coacher et de développer une équipe de représentants et de merchandiseurs et de les responsabiliser pour réussir sur le marché. Grâce à l'activation sans faille des initiatives de PepsiCo, le/la Responsable Senior SDL s'assure en permanence que son équipe dispose de tous les outils nécessaires pour un succès continu.
Responsabilités
- Maximiser le volume et les revenus dans un territoire défini.
- Encadrer et diriger une équipe de professionnels des ventes dans l’exécution des ventes et des étalages, la gestion efficace des commandes et la mise en œuvre des normes de marchandisage (en partie sur la route).
- Entretenir de solides relations de travail avec les clients dans la région.
- Déployer des initiatives et des promotions dans le marché local et national afin de développer la marque et de maximiser sa performance.
- Faire en sorte que l’équipe atteigne les objectifs en matière de volume et de revenus, tout en gérant les coûts.
Qualification
- Baccalauréat
- Expérience dans le domaine des ventes
- Bilinguisme obligatoire (français et anglais)
- Expérience dans le secteur des biens de consommation un atout
- Expérience en gestion de personnel, de préférence dans un environnement de vente
- Habiletés analytiques et organisationnelles éprouvées
- Compétences informatiques éprouvées
- Excellentes habiletés de présentation orale requises
- Capacité à travailler selon un horaire flexible
Overview The Sr. Sales District Leader contributes to the success of PepsiCo Beverages Canada by maximizing volume and revenues in their territory by creating on-going, positive relationships with their customers. This leadership role provides the opportunity to coach and develop a team of sales representatives and merchandisers and empower them to win in the Marketplace. Through flawless activation of PepsiCo initiatives, the Sr. SDL consistently ensures their team has all the necessary tools for continued success.
Responsibilities
- Maximize volume and revenue in a defined territory
- Coach and lead a team of sales professionals and merchandisers on selling and display execution, effective order management, and merchandising standards
- Cultivate strong relationships with key customers in the region
- Activate local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance
Ensure the team delivers volume and revenue results while managing costs
Responsibilities
- Bilingualism (English/French) required
- Bachelor's degree
- Previous consumer packaged goods experience
- 2 years minimum fact-based direct selling experience
- Previous people leadership, preferably in a sales environment
- Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills
- Demonstrated computer proficiency
- Solid oral presentation skills required
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
