Start Date: July 2025
Niiwin GP Inc is currently seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Dozer Operator to support our tailings harvest operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for cutting, pushing, and shaping tailings into designated stockpile areas using a dozer. This position plays a key role in maintaining site efficiency, environmental compliance, and operational productivity.
-Operate dozer to cut and move tailings material to stockpile locations.
-Maintain consistent stockpile shape, height, and slope according to site requirements.
-Monitor material conditions and adjust operations to maintain tailings stability.
-Conduct daily equipment inspections and complete pre-op checklists.
-Work closely with site supervisors and haul truck drivers for efficient material movement.
-Follow all safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company policies.
-Maintain clean and safe work areas, including regular machine upkeep and housekeeping.
-Minimum 2 years of experience operating dozers in a mining or heavy civil environment.
-Experience working with tailings or similar fine materials preferred.
-Strong understanding of grades, slopes, and stockpile best practices.
-Valid operator’s ticket and/or heavy equipment certification.
-Ability to work in remote or camp settings (if applicable).
-Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
