We’re looking for a roll-up your sleeves person to join our team and build a career as a Delivery Associate I in Vancouver, BC. Description Responsible for the timely delivery of our coffee and related products to our customers. The Delivery Associate I is an important part of the operations team and is responsible for ensuring that our customer’s expectations and needs are fully satisfied.
Responsibilities
- Performs timely delivery of coffee and related products to the customers on an assigned route (approximately 20 deliveries per day);
- Performs preventive maintenance in order to decrease the number of service calls.
- Maintain a safe work environment following all legislative requirements and Company policies and procedures.
This list is not exhaustive. Any other related duties as may be assigned by the manager. Responsibilities: Qualifications
- High School diploma;
- 1 year in similar driving/delivery role;
- Valid Driver's License and clean drivers abstract;
COMPETENCIES
- Bilingualism in concerned provinces;
- Strong communication skills;
- Strong customer service skills;
- Demonstrated computer literacy including working knowledge of email, Microsoft Office Suite, Internet. Applications, and inventory control software;
- Ability to handle a physically demanding job with heavy lifting (up to 50lbs).
