Cleveland-Cliffs Tooling and Stamping has an immediate opportunity for a Department Administrator EH&S in our Windsor, Ontario Stamping Facility. The Department Administrator is responsible for supporting the Environmental Health & Safety team . The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a stamping environment, be self-motivated and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Summary of Responsibilities:
- Provide support and conduct EHS Orientation including Safety Foundations training.
- Maintain and update EHS documentation, including policies, procedures, training records, and incident reports.
- Track and report on EHS metrics (e.g., incident rates, training completion, audit findings, environmental monitoring/measurement).
- Review reports from Safety Reporting System and follow-up on any open / overdue corrective actions to ensure timelines are met.
- Ensure contractor information and documentation is updated in ISNet and Excel.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or EHS/HR supporting role in manufacturing or industrial/automotive environment is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Training on the required company systems will be provided.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prefer proven OHS or HR background and/or formal education
