We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing the bar area, and ensuring that guests have a memorable experience. Your expertise in bartending and hospitality will contribute to the overall success of our establishment.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Manage cash transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring all orders are processed efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations to maintain a safe environment for both staff and patrons.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders and ensure timely service.
- Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and assist in ordering as needed.
- Uphold a friendly and welcoming atmosphere that reflects our commitment to hospitality.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in bartending or a related role is required.
- Strong knowledge of cashiering practices and experience with POS systems.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and best practices in food handling.
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively.
- Outstanding customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
