We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant or Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing accurate financial reporting. This role requires proficiency in various accounting software and a strong understanding of corporate finance principles.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports.
- Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner.
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Profile and Wave for financial management.
- Proficient in Personal tax regulations
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Profile and Wave) is required.
- Strong knowledge of personal finance, and payroll processes.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills to interact with team members and clients.
- Professional certification (CPA or CMA) is a plus but not required.
