We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy People Analytics & Technology Co-Op Student or Intern to join our People Analytics & Technology team. This role is ideal for a student passionate about HR technology, data integrity, and process improvement. You will support the day-to-day operations of our HR systems, including UKG and ICM, and play a key role in ensuring smooth system functionality and accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities: System Access Management:

  • Process and track user access requests for HR systems (UKG and ICM)
  • Maintain user roles and permissions in accordance with internal policies

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Create, update, and distribute standard and ad hoc HR reports
  • Assist in data validation and ensure accuracy of HR metrics

Inbox & Ticket Management:

  • Monitor and respond to inquiries in the HR Systems inbox
  • Identify and document requirements of standard requests
  • Triage and escalate issues as needed to appropriate team members

System Testing & Support:

  • Participate in system testing for updates, enhancements, and new features
  • Document test results and assist in troubleshooting issues

Documentation & Process Improvement:

  • Maintain and update process documentation and user guides
  • Identify opportunities to automate and streamline workflows and improve data quality

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Human Resources, People Analytics, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Strong interest in HR systems and data management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with data
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity working with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate) is an asset
  • Experience with UKG, ICM, or similar HRIS platforms is an asset

Office Location: 3330 Bloor Street West, Toronto OR 75 Corporate Park Drive, St. Catharines. This is a hybrid work opportunity.
