Responsibilities
- Supervise daily front-of-house operations, ensuring that all staff provide outstanding customer service.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members on best practices in hospitality and service excellence.
- Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in transactions at the POS system.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless communication between front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Experience
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food industry or hospitality sector is preferred.
- Strong background in customer service with proven ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on teamwork.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A passion for helping others and creating memorable experiences for guests is essential.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
