About the role
We have an opportunity for a Receptionist to join UGL on a part time job share basis to commence August 2025 for a period of 6 months. You will be based in our beautiful and centrally located corporate head office in North Sydney. The building is less than 5 minutes walk from North Sydney train station. If the hours work in with lectures and classes, the role might suit a university student looking to commit to 25 hours per week for the next 9-12 months.
Working mornings, you will ensure the reception area presents a positive first impression of the company, greet visitors and provide a high quality of administrative support to the business**.** We would like someone to commence Thursday 26th January for a handover.
- Ensure the reception area and all meeting rooms are maintained and present a positive first impression
- Greet all visitors, answer calls and distribute messages
- Administrative duties include data entry, mail sorting, stationery orders, catering, coordinating entry passes and car park access, ordering couriers plus other administrative support as required
About you
- Experience working on reception/greeting visitors/administration
- A professional, dynamic and customer focused outlook
- Enjoy working as part of a team and contributing to the wider business objectives
- The ability to establish working relationships with a broad range of people
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Word and Excel and ideally SAP and Concur
