As a Full Time Aerator with the #1 lawn care company you will be providing regularly scheduled lawn care services within your route on a daily basis. You will work closely with customers to meet and exceed their expectations
We are currently looking for Full Time Aerators
- You are paid an hourly wage plus production & sales bonuses. Full Range of Benefits: Health/Dental – RRSP Matching.

Aeration: **Operating and maintaining aeration equipment (like aerators and spreaders) to relieve compacted soil and improve grass health by allowing for better air, water, and nutrient flow to the roots.**The job requires physical activity, including lifting and moving materials, operating equipment, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.

- Position may appeal to those with -Agronomic, Forestry, General Labor, Production, horticultural, or outdoor experience, including landscapers, groundskeepers, ground maintenance and experienced drivers.
Responsibilities
- Operating an aerator on residential and commercial lawns according to schedule, safety procedures, and label instructions
- Driving company vehicle to customer locations
- Responding to customer requests for telephone and in-person service calls
- Completing required production forms and customer instructions as required
- Assisting in sales to current and new customers through contact on route
- Qualified candidates will have a valid, permanent “G” driver's license and a clean driving record per company’s standards. Criminal background check will be required prior to hire.
