About the role

Job Description

Your job :

  • Prepare and monitor various corporate et regulatory documents
  • File documents with regulatory authorities
  • Perform database maintenance and update
  • Engaging with internal partners to collect data and information and preparing the relevant documents
  • Formulate ideas that will improve the quality of services, systems and processes and by following up on files under your responsibility

Your team :

Being part of the Legal and Regulatory Affairs team, it's to join National Bank Investments Inc. (NBI) an investment fund management firm. As a key partner in the investment industry, our strength lies in designing managed solutions that provide optimal risk-adjusted returns over the long term, for all investor profiles.

Prerequisites :

  • Collegial Diploma completed in paralegal or administration technique or equivalent and one year of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and strong computer knowledge
  • Knowledge of DocuSign
  • Rigour, attention to detail, autonomy and initiative
  • Excellent communication skills for writing and review documents
  • Knowledge of wealth management products is an asset
  • Organizational awareness, priority management and ability to manage multiple requests at the same time

Languages:

English, French
