Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Site Administrator to join our team at Best Western. This role is crucial in maintaining smooth operations at our hotel locations, ensuring that all administrative tasks are handled efficiently. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily administrative operations at the site level.
• Coordinate communication between hotel staff and corporate offices.
• Manage scheduling and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation as needed.
• Support training initiatives for new staff members.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities and performance metrics.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
