Key Responsibilities:

  1. Accounts Receivable & Credit Management
    • Supervise the AR team to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
    • Control credit limits based on customer financial analysis.
    • Ensure customer accounts are managed accurately.
    • Assist the team to resolve billing disputes resolution.
  1. Cash Flow Analysis & Reporting
    • Review cash flow forecasts based on projects activities and AR collection trends.
    • Conduct variance analysis on collections, credit performance, and bad debt reserves.
    • Analyze trends in receivables and customer credit behaviors to optimize financial strategies.
  1. Risk Management & Compliance
    • Develop strategies for reducing bad debt and improving working capital.
    • Identify and mitigate credit risk exposure by evaluating customer financials.
    • Identify and mitigate risks in contractual agreements.
    • Communicate contract obligations to relevant departments.
  1. Process Improvement & Automation
    • Identify inefficiencies in AR processes and propose automation solutions.
    • Implement best practices for improving invoicing and billing cycles.
  1. Cross-functional Collaboration
    • Develop AR policies in line with business objectives
    • Provide financial insights to support pricing, customer negotiations, and payment terms.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in credit management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Proficiency in credit evaluation, customer risk management.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to handle business discussions with customers.
  • Experience with ERP systems, customer activity restrictions (credit/commitment limits)

  • Office-based role
  • Fast-paced environment with deadlines and multiple contract negotiations.
